Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a leading US law firm’s Washington, D.C. office to lead and grow the real estate and construction practice. The role combines client-facing work, deal and dispute oversight, and team leadership across commercial real estate and construction matters.

The team advises on a broad range of matters including commercial acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, financing-related real estate work, and construction contracting and disputes. The firm values a partner who can both deliver sophisticated legal work and expand client relationships.

• Partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred
• Strong transactional and/or litigation experience in real estate and construction matters
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and contribute to business development
• Admission or eligibility to be admitted in Washington, D.C., and ability to work in the U.S.
