Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy real estate and construction group in Washington, D.C. The role covers a mix of complex transactional and construction-related matters for institutional and corporate clients.

This is a leadership-level role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to grow a portable practice. The position offers collaboration with an established cross‑practice team on regional and national matters.

Established partner with a track record in commercial real estate and construction work (transactions and/or construction disputes).
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; openness to bringing a portable practice.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management abilities; experience supervising junior lawyers.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in D.C., or willingness to become admitted.
