Seeking a partner-level real estate finance lawyer to join a busy Madrid office. The role sits at the intersection of banking/finance and real estate work and will lead complex financing transactions for institutional and corporate clients.

This is a growth hire for the Madrid banking/real estate team; the office has an immediate need for experienced leadership and business generation in the sector. The role will involve originating and managing client relationships, supervising deal teams and contributing to practice development across Iberia.

Partner-level experience in real estate finance and banking transactions.
Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable practice desirable.
Experience leading teams on complex cross-border financings and security structures.
Admission to practice in Spain or equivalent EU qualification; fluency in Spanish and strong English commercial/legal drafting skills.
