Leading German full-service firm seeks a partner to develop and lead its Real Estate, Infrastructure and Construction practice from the Düsseldorf office. The role covers transactional and advisory work across real estate, construction, energy and transport-related projects.

Ideal candidate will have an established, portable practice and will take a visible role in client development and team leadership. The firm offers support for business development and integration into existing project streams across related practice areas.

Established partner-level experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure work.
Proven track record of originating and managing complex transactions and projects.
Ability to bring or develop a portable book of business and play an active role in client development.
Qualified to practise in Germany and fluent in German (spoken and written).
