Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Miami office to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice. The role combines case management of complex commercial and construction disputes with client-facing leadership and business development responsibilities.

The successful candidate will manage trial and appellate work, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with transactional and construction teams on related matters. The position is ideal for an established litigator with a portable practice and a track record of originating and sustaining client relationships.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction litigation, including commercial dispute and trial experience
Proven business development ability and experience managing client relationships (portable practice preferred)
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
Active bar admission in Florida (or eligibility) and JD from accredited law school
