Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy real estate litigation and construction disputes practice in Nashville. The role will handle complex landlord/tenant, construction defect, contract and related commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts.

This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for case strategy, trial and appellate advocacy, and mentoring associates. The team works closely with real estate and construction transactional colleagues and serves institutional and corporate clients.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience focusing on real estate litigation and construction disputes
Proven trial and motion practice in state and federal courts
Track record of managing complex matters and supervising associates
Business development experience or an established client base (portable practice welcome)
Active Tennessee bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission
JD from accredited law school
