The role focuses on leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development work, with significant transactional experience across real estate, construction and related finance matters.

Clients include healthcare and renewable energy project sponsors, institutional landlords and developers; the role will involve high-value deal execution, strategic client advising and cross-practice coordination. The firm offers established platform support and national deal flow while allowing the partner to build local market presence.

Proven partner-level track record in commercial real estate transactions, leasing and project development.
Experience with construction and finance aspects of deals; familiarity with healthcare and renewable energy projects is a plus.
Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills; no existing book of business required.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly.
