Senior restructuring partner opportunity at a leading US law firm’s Minneapolis office. The role focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy-related work and advising distressed companies, creditors and other stakeholders on complex in‑ and out‑of‑court solutions.

The firm is seeking a partner with a portable restructuring practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow business. The position offers a platform to lead cases, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with national teams across related corporate and finance matters.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring, workouts and bankruptcy matters.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and leading engagements.
Strong litigation and transactional skills related to insolvency and corporate reorganizations.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Minneapolis office.
