Leading national practice seeks a partner to join its restructuring and bankruptcy team in Nashville. The role focuses on delivering high‑value corporate restructuring, debtor/creditor representation and insolvency-related transactions for corporate and financial clients.

The firm is looking for a senior hire who can lead matters, manage deal teams and contribute to business development. A portable practice and established client relationships are highly valued.

Partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and related corporate work.
Proven ability to lead complex Chapter 11 cases, distressed M&A or creditor-side matters.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; ability to grow a portable practice.
Bar admission in Tennessee or willingness/ability to obtain admission.
