Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Pittsburgh office to develop and lead the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role will focus on advising debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on complex restructurings and corporate insolvency matters.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record handling sophisticated Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and distressed M&A, and will work closely with the firm’s national restructuring platform. This is a client-facing role with significant opportunity to build and expand a portable practice.

Established partner with substantial restructuring and bankruptcy experience.
Demonstrable track record in Chapter 11 cases, creditor negotiations and distressed transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams and collaborating across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.
Active bar admission and JD from an accredited law school.
