Senior partner opportunity in a major Chicago office to lead and grow a restructuring-focused corporate practice. The role combines chapter 11/insolvency work with corporate transactional and distressed M&A matters across industries.

The team advises debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders on complex restructurings and related corporate transactions. The firm is seeking a market-facing partner with an established portable practice who can originate and manage mandates and mentor junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client matters; portable relationships desirable.
Strong technical skills in Chapter 11 proceedings, creditor-side representation or debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Chicago office.
