Top-tier international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt restructuring and finance team. The role focuses on leading complex restructuring and distressed-debt matters, advising creditors, debtor groups and stakeholders on cross-border insolvency and workout solutions.

The successful candidate will sit in a market-facing role, developing and expanding a portable practice while working closely with teams across Europe and the firm’s global offices. This is an opportunity to join a deep bench with significant transactional and contentious restructuring work.

Established partner with substantial experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency and distressed-debt work.
Proven track record of originating and leading client matters and commercial relationships; ability to bring or build a portable practice.
Strong technical knowledge of cross-border insolvency, workouts and creditor-side or debtor-side strategies.
Excellent project leadership and team management skills; comfortable working with international teams.
