Leading Swiss office seeks a lateral partner to expand its restructuring and finance capability in Geneva. The role focuses on cross-border insolvency and contentious and non-contentious restructuring work alongside corporate and banking finance matters.

The firm is looking for a senior practitioner who can originate and manage client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with international teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in restructuring/finance are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency or distressed finance.
Proven track record of originating or managing significant client engagements; portable client relationships desirable.
Ability to lead deal and litigation teams and work with cross-border colleagues.
Admission to practice in Switzerland or equivalent bar qualification a plus.
