Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston restructuring practice. The role focuses on chapter 11 and restructuring matters alongside finance-related insolvency work for corporate and creditor-side clients.

The team handles complex, multi-stakeholder reorganizations, distressed financings and out-of-court restructurings. The position offers leadership responsibilities on matters and opportunities to develop and expand a market-facing restructuring practice in Texas and nationally.

Established restructuring partner with substantial experience on chapter 11 and creditors' rights matters
Strong transactional experience with distressed financings and restructuring-related finance work
Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage client relationships; portable practice or client relationships desirable
Bar admission in Texas or ability to be admitted promptly
