Established international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Paris restructuring practice. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic insolvency, creditor-side and debtor-side restructurings, and workout matters within a broader finance practice.

The team advises financial institutions, corporates and sponsors on complex restructurings and distressed financings. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibilities and opportunities to develop and lead mandate origination in the French market.

Proven partner-level track record in restructuring and distressed finance matters.
Strong experience on cross-border insolvency, workouts and creditor/debtor advisory engagements.
Ability to originate and maintain client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Fluency in French and English and eligibility to practise in France or EU-qualified with local support.
