Senior partner role for an experienced restructuring and finance lawyer to lead and grow a cross-border practice from the Zurich office. The role combines high-level insolvency/restructuring work with finance and banking matters, acting for corporates, creditors and lenders.

This is a client-facing leadership position: you will manage deals and restructurings, mentor junior lawyers and help develop the practice through origination and relationship-building. The hiring firm is open to candidates with a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance matters.
Track record of leading teams and managing complex, cross-border matters.
Business-development ability; a portable book of business is desirable (the firm is opportunistic and flexible).
Admission to practice in Switzerland or an equivalent jurisdiction and ability to work from the Zurich office.
