Search for a lateral partner to lead and grow a restructuring practice in the firm's San Antonio office. The role is focused on restructuring and insolvency matters within the finance and banking sphere, advising corporate debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on complex out-of-court and in-court matters.

The successful candidate will join a national firm platform with a broad cross-practice client base and will have responsibility for client origination, team leadership and case strategy. There is an expectation of bringing a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability appropriate to partner level.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance work.
Proven record of client development and ability to originate work or transition existing matters into a new platform.
Strong familiarity with bankruptcy practice, creditor/debtor representation and contested proceedings.
Bar admission in Texas or willingness to become admitted; excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
