Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Vancouver Securities and Capital Markets team on the public side. The role focuses on advising issuers and underwriters on public offerings, continuous disclosure and other capital markets matters.

Ideal candidates will be mid-career partners with a strong public-capital-markets practice and an existing portable book of business. The position offers a senior role within a busy team and opportunities to work on cross‑border and domestic securities matters.

Partner-level experience in public-side capital markets (ideally ~15–25 years at call)
Proven, portable practice with established client relationships
Extensive experience with public offerings, prospectus matters and continuous disclosure
Called/admitted in British Columbia or able to qualify to practice in BC
