Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to head and grow its securities and finance practice in Cologne. The role is client‑facing and transactional, covering capital markets and banking-related work across public and private financings.

The partner will lead deal execution, advise corporate and financial institution clients, supervise and develop a small team, and help grow the practice through business development and origination.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany with established partner-level experience in capital markets and finance transactions.
Proven record of leading complex securities and banking matters and managing teams.
Demonstrable client relationships and ability to originate or bring a portable practice.
Strong commercial and business development skills; fluent German and good English.
