Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its securities and finance practice in Delaware. The role will focus on advising investment managers and other institutional clients on securities, investment management and financing matters, working alongside a cross-practice team on transactional and regulatory matters.

The team offers broad platform support across capital markets, fund work and secured financing; candidates with an established, portable practice or a demonstrable origination pipeline are encouraged to apply. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for client development, matter leadership and mentoring junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in securities and finance or investment management matters.
Proven track record of client relationship management and business development; portable practice or demonstrable origination ability a plus.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Delaware (or willingness to obtain).
Strong drafting, negotiating and team leadership skills.
