Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation team focusing on securities and related white-collar matters. The role will involve leading complex civil and regulatory litigation, defending clients in SEC and state enforcement actions, and managing high-stakes trial and appellate work.

The team handles cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes and works closely with transactional and regulatory groups to provide integrated client advice. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to develop and grow a practice in the region.

Admissions and experience appropriate for partner-level litigation practice.
Proven experience in securities litigation, enforcement defense, and/or white-collar criminal matters.
Track record of managing complex cases, including litigation strategy, depositions, motion practice, and trial or appellate work.
Ability to generate and cultivate client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is preferred.
