Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles litigation practice, focusing on securities disputes and regulatory matters. The role will involve leading high-stakes civil litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement defense for institutional and corporate clients.

The partner will be client-facing and expected to originate and grow business while collaborating with regional and national teams on complex cross-border and domestic matters. The firm offers full platform support and experienced litigation resources.

Partner-level experience in securities litigation and enforcement matters.
Active California bar admission (or ability to qualify) and courtroom/ADR experience.
Proven client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is beneficial.
Track record of supervising associates and leading matters from intake through resolution.
