Leading litigation practice in Washington, D.C. is seeking a lateral partner to join its securities litigation and enforcement team. The role involves leading complex civil and regulatory matters, courtroom and arbitration advocacy, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The firm is looking for an experienced trial-focused securities litigator who can handle high-stakes disputes and regulatory investigations. The successful candidate will play a visible role in client development and practice growth.

• Established partner with substantial securities litigation or securities enforcement experience.
• Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and strong courtroom advocacy skills.
• Track record of leading complex civil and regulatory matters and mentoring teams.
• Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or book of business.
