Seeking a partner to join a leading US law firm’s Charlotte litigation team, focusing on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will handle complex securities litigation, internal investigations and related regulatory enforcement work across state and federal forums.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy, manage litigation teams and collaborate with cross‑practice colleagues on high‑stakes matters. The firm is looking for someone able to maintain and develop client relationships and grow a substantial litigation practice in the region.

Partner‑level litigation experience with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters
Proven track record in managing complex federal and state litigation and investigations
Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience with regulatory/enforcement proceedings preferred
Demonstrated business development ability; a portable practice or client relationships are welcome
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
