Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its structured finance and securitization practice in the Charleston market. The role combines transaction execution with practice development across structured products, leveraged and structured financings, and securitizations.

The partner will advise lenders, issuers and sponsors on complex financing structures, originate and manage cross‑border matters, and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers significant autonomy to build and manage a portable practice and to collaborate with teams across the firm.

Established partner with a proven track record in structured finance and securitization transactions.
Experience leading complex, document‑intensive financings and coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams.
Demonstrable client development skills and the ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
Strong drafting, negotiating and commercial judgment; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
