Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Nashville to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice. The role focuses on advising originators, arrangers and investors on structured transactions, including securitizations and related structured-finance products.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with a portable practice who can develop client relationships, originate work and collaborate across a national platform. The hire will work with deal teams across jurisdictions and support both transactional execution and strategic client advice.

Established partner-level track record in structured finance, securitization and related finance transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong drafting and negotiating skills on complex financing documentation.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify; willing to be based in Nashville.
