Established global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York structured finance and securitization team. The role focuses on originating and leading complex structured finance, leveraged finance and securitization transactions for a mix of institutional and corporate clients.

Ideal candidate will run a portable practice, manage deal teams and work closely with other finance practitioners across offices to execute cross-border financings. This is a leadership role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and grow client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience in structured finance and securitization transactions
Track record of originating and managing a portable practice / client relationships
Strong technical skills in structuring, documentation and negotiation of securitizations and related financing products
Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-office matters
Active admission to the New York bar or eligibility to be admitted
