Partner — Structured Finance & Securitization, Washington, D.C.

Leading finance practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. team to advise on structured finance, securitization and leveraged finance transactions. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic financing matters for institutional borrowers, issuers and sponsors.

The team handles complex capital markets and structured-product matters and works closely with other finance and regulatory specialists. The firm is seeking a partner with an established structured-finance practice and the ability to develop and lead transactions.

Portable practice welcome: candidates with an existing book of business or proven origination capability will be prioritized.

• Proven partner-level experience in structured finance, securitization and/or leveraged finance.
• Demonstrable track record leading complex financings and managing client relationships.
• Ability to originate and grow business — a portable practice is desirable.
• Bar admission or eligibility to practise in Washington, D.C.; strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
