Partner — Tax (Atlanta)

Seeking a lateral Tax Partner to join a busy, full‑service practice in Atlanta. The role is focused on leading and growing sophisticated tax work across corporate and transactional matters, with opportunities to advise U.S. and multi‑jurisdictional clients.

The successful candidate will take a hands‑on role managing engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with deal teams and other practice groups. This is an opportunity to shape a practice group and work on complex matters that require deep technical tax skills.

Candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships are encouraged to apply; the role combines substantive tax work with business development responsibilities in a supportive, national platform.

• Proven partner‑level experience in tax law (corporate/transactional and/or controversy)
• Track record of originating work and developing client relationships; portable business welcomed
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and working in cross‑disciplinary deal teams
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
