Partner — Tax (Austin)

Senior tax partner role with a major international law firm’s Austin office. The position will lead client engagements across domestic and cross-border tax matters, advise corporate and high-net-worth clients, and work closely with colleagues across practice groups.

The role offers responsibility for business development, team leadership and matter management within a well-resourced tax practice. The hire will collaborate with senior lawyers across offices while maintaining a visible market-facing profile.

• Established partner-level tax practitioner with significant technical experience in corporate and/or transactional tax matters.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable practice or demonstrable business-development capability preferred.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for admission; strong communication and client relationship skills.
