Partner — Tax & Litigation, Austin

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin tax and litigation practice. The role will blend tax controversy and litigation work for corporate and individual clients across federal and state matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex disputes and advisory matters, with support from a full-service platform. There is an expectation to contribute to practice growth and help expand the firm’s regional footprint.

• Established partner-level litigator with substantial tax controversy or tax litigation experience.
• Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships; a portable practice is welcomed.
• Admission to the Texas bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
• Strong trial or appellate experience and familiarity with federal and state tax procedures.
