The team advises on domestic energy projects, infrastructure and related tax structuring, as well as maritime and construction legal issues tied to energy development. The position suits a partner able to lead client engagements, develop business and mentor junior lawyers.
- Lateral partner with substantial experience in energy and environmental work; strong background in energy tax, renewables or oil & gas preferred.
- Experience advising on maritime or construction matters related to energy projects a plus.
- Proven track record of originating or leading client matters and ability to bring or develop a portable book of business.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; ability to collaborate across tax, regulatory and transactional teams.
