Experienced litigation partner sought to join a national energy and environmental disputes team based in Austin. The role focuses on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters for energy-sector clients, including complex state and federal cases and enforcement proceedings.

This is a senior leadership position involving case strategy, courtroom advocacy, and management of multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will work closely with a broad network of litigation and regulatory specialists across the firm and help lead significant regional and national matters.

A portable practice is welcome; the role includes opportunities to develop client relationships, originate work and integrate into an established platform serving energy and environmental clients.

Admitted to practice in Texas (or able to obtain admission promptly).
Established partner-level litigation experience in energy and/or environmental matters.
Proven courtroom and appellate experience handling complex commercial, regulatory or enforcement cases.
Track record of client development and the ability to lead and mentor litigation teams.
