Partner — Tax, Bridgehampton (Long Island)

Senior tax partner opportunity with a prominent, internationally active law firm office located in the Bridgehampton / Long Island area. The role will lead and develop tax work for high-net-worth and corporate clients, advising on federal, state and local tax planning and compliance.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with transactional, estate planning and real-estate practices. This is a visible leadership role with responsibility for originating and managing client engagements and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Established tax partner with significant experience in federal, state or transactional tax matters.
• Proven ability to originate and sustain client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
• Strong technical knowledge across tax planning, compliance and controversy; excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Bridgehampton/Long Island office.
