Partner — Tax, Century City

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral Tax Partner to join its Century City office. The role focuses on counseling high‑value corporate and private client tax matters, leading engagements, and growing a sophisticated tax practice.

The successful candidate will be a client‑facing leader with significant transactional and/or controversy experience in federal, state, and international tax. This is a partnership track lateral opportunity with scope to develop business and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner with a strong background in corporate, transactional, or tax controversy work.
• Deep technical knowledge of federal, state, and international tax law.
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising teams on complex matters.
