A well-established German law firm is seeking a lateral Tax Partner to join its Chemnitz office. The role will lead and develop the local tax practice, advising on corporate tax, transactional and advisory matters for domestic and cross-border clients.

The partner will manage and mentor a small team, take responsibility for client relationships and business development in the region, and work closely with other practice groups across the firm.

Established partner-level experience in tax law (corporate tax, transactional tax, and tax advisory).
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management; a portable practice is welcome.
Experience managing and mentoring fee-earners; ability to work with cross-practice teams.
Fluent German and strong commercial communication skills.
