Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-regarded international law firm’s tax practice in Dallas with a focus on the energy sector. The role will lead tax advice for energy clients, manage complex transactional and advisory matters, and work with cross-practice teams on deals and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in business development and client relationship management, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a portable energy tax practice. This is a partner-level opening for an attorney with established experience advising energy industry clients on tax structuring and compliance.

Established partner-level experience in tax law, with significant work for energy-sector clients
Track record of originating or leading client engagements and developing business; a portable practice is desirable
Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading deal teams
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong technical tax skills
