Partner opportunity for an experienced tax lawyer to lead and grow an energy-focused tax practice in Houston. The role will advise energy companies and sponsors on transactional, tax-structuring and regulatory matters across upstream, midstream and power sectors.

The firm seeks a visible leader who will manage and develop teams, cultivate client relationships, and expand a portable practice in energy tax. This is a market-facing role with opportunities to work on national and cross-border matters.

Established partner with a proven track record in energy-related tax work.
Extensive experience advising on transactional and tax-structuring matters for energy clients.
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong people-management, business development and client-facing skills; admission to practice in the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction.
