Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tax and Estate Planning practice in Baltimore. The role will focus on delivering sophisticated tax advice and trust & estate planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced practitioner who can lead engagements, work collaboratively with other practice groups, and contribute to client development. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in tax law and trust & estates planning.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business preferred.
Strong technical drafting and advisory skills on tax, estate, and wealth-transfer matters.
Bar admission in Maryland or eligibility to transfer; excellent communication and leadership abilities.
