Leading law firm in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced lateral partner to head its Tax and Estate Planning practice. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices and closely held businesses on tax planning, estate and trust matters, and succession planning.

The partner will originate and develop client relationships, supervise and mentor associates, and work collaboratively across practices on multimodal client matters. This is a senior leadership role for a lawyer with a portable practice or demonstrable business development success.

Bar admission in Nevada (or willingness to qualify promptly)
Established partner-level experience in tax, trusts and estates
Proven track record of client origination and business development
Experience supervising teams and managing complex client matters
