Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tax and Estate Planning practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on high-net-worth planning, tax advice and estate administration for privately held clients and their families.

The team handles sophisticated federal and state tax matters and provides integrated estate planning strategies. You will work with a collaborative group across the firm’s national platform and have the opportunity to expand an existing practice in Southern California.

• Established partner with substantial experience in tax and estate planning.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state tax law and estate/wealth-transfer planning techniques.
• Proven ability to advise high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.
• Portable practice or client relationships desirable.
