Leading law firm in New Jersey is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tax and Estate Planning practice. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, trust and succession planning, as well as related federal and state tax matters.

The partner will lead and develop client relationships, manage and mentor associates, and work collaboratively with other practice groups on complex planning and wealth-transfer matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination history is welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in tax and trusts & estates planning
Advanced tax knowledge; JD with tax focus and/or LL.M. in Tax preferred
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Experience supervising junior lawyers and working cross-functionally with other practice teams
