Partner — Tax & Estate Planning — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Tax and Estate Planning practice in the Silicon Valley / East Palo Alto area. The role will advise high-net-worth individuals, family offices and closely held businesses on federal and state tax planning, wealth transfer, estate administration and related succession matters.

Ideal candidate will have an established private client tax and estate-planning practice and will collaborate with transactional, real estate and business groups on integrated client solutions. The position offers a platform to grow a portable practice while drawing on firmwide resources and cross-practice referral opportunities.

• Partner-level experience in federal and state tax planning and estate planning; substantial private client experience preferred.
• Track record advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts and estates, and closely held businesses.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business-development success is advantageous.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work in the Silicon Valley / East Palo Alto area.
