The role will focus on advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses on sophisticated estate, gift, and income tax planning and related wealth-transfer strategies.
The partner will work with a cross-office team on complex advisory matters, lead client engagements, and help grow a portable practice in the U.S. market. The team offers firm-wide resources to support client service, business development, and transaction execution.
- Proven partner-level experience in federal tax and estate planning.
- Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice (or demonstrable client development ability) preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax matters; comfortable handling complex, multi-jurisdictional issues.
- J.D. with relevant tax credentials (LL.M. in Tax or equivalent preferred); active bar membership or eligibility to practice in D.C.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience in a partner role.
