Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its tax and estate planning team in the White Plains / Westchester County office. The role will involve advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on advanced estate, gift and wealth transfer planning, and related tax matters.

Ideal candidate will take a visible role in developing and leading client relationships, collaborating with transactional and private client teams, and mentoring junior lawyers. The position offers partnership track responsibilities with access to national platform resources.

Established partner with significant experience in federal and state tax law and sophisticated estate planning.
Proven track record advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or closely held businesses on estate, gift, succession and wealth-transfer strategies.
Experience managing client relationships and mentoring associates; ability to originate and develop business (portable book of business welcome).
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction; strong communication and client-service skills.
