Well-established US law firm is seeking a Partner to join its Boston office to lead and expand its tax litigation practice. The role will involve managing contested tax matters, appearing in tribunal and court proceedings, supervising junior lawyers, and advising on tax controversy strategy.

The team handles a broad range of federal and state tax disputes for corporate and individual clients. The firm is looking for a partner able to develop business locally and nationally; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Proven senior-level experience in tax controversy and tax litigation
Track record of courtroom/tribunal advocacy and managing contested matters
Leadership experience supervising associates and delegating work
Ability to develop business and, where applicable, bring a portable practice
Bar admission or eligibility to practise in Massachusetts preferred
