Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow a tax litigation practice from its Irvine office. The role will combine courtroom and dispute-resolution work with sophisticated tax advisory matters for corporate and high-net-worth clients.

The firm is looking for a leader who can manage trial and appellate litigation, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. Candidates with a portable tax-related practice or demonstrated client origination ability are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level tax litigation experience, including trial or appellate work
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax law and dispute resolution processes
Track record of supervising associates and managing matters to completion
Business development capability; portable practice or client relationships preferred
Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
