Established U.S. law firm is recruiting a partner to lead and develop its Tax & Litigation capabilities from the Miami office. The role will focus on handling contentious federal and state tax matters, representing clients in administrative proceedings and litigation, and mentoring junior litigators.

The team handles a range of tax disputes and related litigation across industries; the incoming partner will be expected to contribute business development, courtroom presence, and case strategy. Portable practice/clients are welcome and will be considered in assessing fit.

Bar admission in Florida (or willingness to obtain) and active litigation credentials.
Established experience in tax controversy and litigation at partner or senior counsel level.
Proven trial/administrative advocacy and client-facing experience.
Demonstrated business development skills; portable book of business desirable.
