Seeking a partner to join a busy tax and litigation team in Tucson. The role will handle federal and state tax controversies and related litigation, working on both contested matters and advisory projects.

The hire will join a collaborative, national practice and will be expected to develop and manage client matters, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate with other offices on cross-jurisdictional work. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Bar admission in the relevant state and strong standing
Significant experience in tax disputes and related litigation; federal and state experience preferred
Proven trial or contested-matter experience and comfort in court and administrative proceedings
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice helpful
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice development
