Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Weirton office with a blended Tax and Litigation practice. The role will handle tax controversy, planning and related litigation matters for a diverse client base, working closely with a regional team.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity: the office needs a senior practitioner capable of managing matters from intake through trial, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to practice development. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome but not mandatory.

Active bar admission in the relevant state (or eligible for admission)
Proven partner-level experience in tax and tax-related litigation
Comfort leading litigation matters through dispositive motion and trial stages
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor associates and coordinate with cross-practice teams
